It's Berlina Black. It comes that way from the factory.

 

its actually probably lbp or some weird color. Just use the bluescreen/pick a colorscreen effect on most video editing software to accomplish it, overlay another video under it...and BAM! color shifting car.

I can tell you its not BB because the tires dont change colors, and the hardtop is black.

 

Given that it's a CR (based on the front lip, tonneau cover, rear wing and black HT, not to mention the C/R logo on the side), and that someone used the blue/green screen effect on the video, it would stand to reason that the color is Apex Blue.
