Default Where to get a tow hook from?
Where can I get one of those tow hooks from you see on the front and rear bumpers of race cars? And do you think they're rice?

I think he means the ones that are typically painted red, and yes, it is rice.

On a serious note, some companies that offer them are not "rice" companies at all more of a respectable company.

Try J's Racing or Benen Industries.
