I've always had great experiences with Jeff, including getting a last minute-quick ship on a clutch package.

However I've been trying to reach him for the last 6 weeks about something small I ordered and he's not answering e-mails, his phone, and his voicemail is full.

Anyone know what's going on?

Apparently something was going on, not sure. I ordered parts from him in the past with no problem including a hardtop.
