Where is my Ston Gard thread?
I think at a minimum SCS2K should have been informed that "his" thread was going to be moved, timed out or whatever prior to it happening. But it's C3's board and he can do as he see's fit. I'm sure he has a reasonable explanation for taking this action.
I hope STONGARD can step up to the plate and provide some good "Customer Service" so that they can clear up their own name!
Having the installer warranty a product out of their own pocket is not saying much for STONGARD.
