there is a place near the airport that rents all exotics... somewhere around $400 per day for a stook. i think it is beverly hills auto or something like that. if you are interested, let me know (send me an e-mail) and i will drive by to find out the real name.

there are at least 2-3 places that have stooks. PM or email if you still need info.

Friend of mine rented one the other day... at around $150
a day with 50 free miles... and around 0.50 for each
additional miles... (They gave him a discount since he
spent so much on a 996 convertible last time)
I was given a chance to drive it around for a little while..
totally a AWESOME car!!!! Now I'm seriously consider
adding S2000 as a 2nd car to my M3..

The place by the airport is on Sepulveda, a little south of Manchester. I passed by it once and remember seeing a bunch of exotic cars, including the S2000.

wanabe, maybe you can look for the store on the way to work. It's on the right hand side as you're going north on Sepulveda.
