If the engine is anything like their B series, then you get an OEM block and head, rebuilt and blueprinted (blueprinting can get downright insane, depending on the level it's taken to). They also install a Spoon 2 ply head gasket. I'm not sure if any of the internals are replaced. On second thought, I think they replace the valve springs, but I'm not positive on that.

If you were looking at getting a new B18C5 motor from Honda you would notice that the price is almost as much as getting a reworked one from Spoon. In both cases, the motor is brand new. But all of this talk is about B series engines, I don't know what the prices are on the "jewel" we know as the F20C.
