Where's Rick and Signature Accessories?
I have placed an order close to a month ago at Rick's. Granted, I know it can take a few weeks to get everything delivered since everything is "custom" but what about returned messages???
I have sent two e-mails to Rick in regards to my order per his order confirmation and NONE of them have been replied to. I have received most of my order but there are still several items that aren't accounted for. If it's in the works fine but an update using his format (e-mail using confirmation number) should be replied too especially after several weeks.
Anybody else had this problem? I know Rick handles top quaility products. I've ordered from him before. Many in our local club have as well but I'm not comfortable one bit with the lack of customer service. Maybe he's out-of-town lately...not sure but still concerned. Has anybody heard anything?

I had to call Jeff personally to find out about product not sent in original shipment. Wasn't impressed with lack of returned e-mails either.

Do folks have any idea how many emails we get each day? I just spent 5 hours today answering S2000 emails that came in over the past 24 hours. Most of them can't be answered with a yes or no. And I have another job and career, which I sometimes neglect in favor of S2000 business, at my own serious peril.
On some days, we get as many as 200. Many of them are totally frivolous, but we answer them anyway -- like the person who orders side markers on a Tuesday and on Thursday wants to know why he hasn't received them yet.
Not to complain, but cut us a little slack. We do our best to answer an ever-growing volume of email but sometimes we get behind, and sometimes messages don't get to me.

Ordered form Ricks before. And actually also ordered my Voodo Shift knob from him last week but still havn't received it. He E-mailed me two days ago and I think he just came back from a vacation. I think that is the reason why they are backed up with their order and taking sometime to get our stuff. Ricks got good customer service. Has good products too. - DarvinM
Definitely has great products. I know the CF and PC connection he uses. Very nice guys and good work. I have the leather consol in. It hasn't been installed yet but I'm hoping to get to that tomorrow once we do some 30k service to a total of 4 s2ks. One of the guys is a self admitted Rick's fanatic so I know he'll be helpful in installing the consol.
