ok guys, here's an update... i changed my differential fluid and all (had difficulties getting the fluid thru the tube). there was a little fuz on the bolt. after i was done i checked to see if i still had the whine noise and it was still there.

so i put the car in neutral and pushed the car to see exactly where the sound was coming from and it was coming from my wheel. my rear breaks were out and all i need to do is get new brake pads lol

which break pads are good for daily driving? oem im guessing?

 

Yes, oem will be fine for daily driving and public road spirited driving.
