Default Who has a Comptech SC without Aftercooler?

I am considering developing an aftercooler for my Comptech Supercharger. Of course I could just buy one but with freight, exchange rate, duties, taxes and well, just the price it is a bit out of reach.

I'd be interested if others are in my situation. Bought a Comptech SC without Aftercooler and haven't purchased the Aftercooler as an add on. And if so, why?

I assume if you're in this position it is because it either costs too much or you don't think it is necessary (or both).

When I go to have mine fabricated I will either do a one off, or a job lot of, say, 10. I would only produce the intake/heat exchange box as all the other parts (pump, hose, radiator) are fairly generic and would be better sourced locally. I would probably sell the job lot (minus mine) to a sponsor and they could put the kit together in the US and sell direct. I would be aiming for a price of $800 (2/3rds of the Comptech price) for a similar kit. Of course you could also replace the pump with a higher flow unit if you liked and bigger radiators and coolant tanks would also be an option.

If you are interested please post here and answer the poll so I can get an idea of whether I should be looking at one unit or 10 (or more?).
