My point is .. this thread is for people who don't have problems with the car. If you look at current threads you will see that there is one for people who do. Big hint... just ease in gently

 

7000 miles, bought 2/5/01. One ruined S02 (hit by a piece of a pallet) and rear window scratched and folded by selling dealer, replaced graciously by my local dealer. So I consider this the be ZERO problems.

 

Maybe I'm not being very clear. That was the total purpose of my original post. I wanted to report that while I'm having major problems and a design flaw exisits, at least with the early 2000 year model, I have a friend that has a 2001 that has had no problems to date. I clearly understand the purpose of this thread and was following that purpose.

 

O.K. I have a May 2000 car with no problems at all given that it's less mileage than yours, but if there's a problem it's far from an 'Across the Board' one as you can see from these threads

 

Dallas, I seriously think you got a lemon for a car. I hope Honda takes care of you and gets you a new one.

As you can see, there are many people with MY2000 that have had no problems with the car.

 

Purchased August 2000, 9000 miles, ZERO problems.

 

Only 1000 miles, but no problems yet!

 

23 Months and 7100 miles. No problems.

 

7,000 miles and 7 months no problems, nothing but

 

9400 miles....running well.
