Bonjour mon ami, comment ca va? I apologize for the rudeness of others. To answer your question, the spugen exhaust utilizes a magnaflow mid-pipe. This will make the exhaust louder because you eliminate the helmholtz resonator that resides between the catalyst and the OEM mid-pipe. It is a 6 inch pipe with a closed end that sits perpendicular to the main piping. The helmholtz resonator lessens the effect of harmonic oscillations in the exhaust. Please let us know what solution you use and how the result effects sound and performance.

As you will notice, I have removed both your initial unnecessary comment against dubickini, as well as most of your slandering replies and those of others, involved in the flames.

Mindcore warned you, but this time around I decided to take a bit of a more forward approach by deleting all of that. The thread started with a good honest question and there's no reason for it to end up in the Dumpster. I won't put it there if we can simply remove the cause of the problem.
