have you found any carbon fiber trunk makers? because i have never seen a carbon fiber trunk with the brake light set up, i could be wrong though, you might have to just get a cf trunk with out the brake light if you are intrested in one...

I think Seibon makes one with the third barke light. VIS makes one also.

Check out each of the sponsors listed at the bottom of this page. Sorry, that's as much help as I can give. I've seen pics of CF trunks on this forum. You won't get the brake lights. You will have to remove the brake lights from your stock lid and transfer it to the CF lid.

As xviper state you need to take the brake light off of your OEM trunk. If they sold it with the 3rd brake light you'd be adding another $200 to the price of the trunk. Forget the fact that they'd have to source them from Honda which would be a PITA to figure out how many you want to carry.

OK, here: I found you a thread with pics:

And yes, you take the brake light off and put it on the CF trunk, which has the cut out for it.

I was going to say I could get you carbon fiber trunk if you live local for about 450-500. I think VIS and GTP motorsport or maybe AIT is the one who has it. They are always competing agaist each other for market. But the trunk should cost around 500-650.
