I saw one for the first time today at in N out where i work. Definitely was not impressed. It seemed much nicer in the pictures. The front end is pretty sporty but everything just look cheap and average. good luck getting goo sales with that car.

The aniticipated sales volume is lower than te S2000. Sub 3000 units per year. They'll sell every one of them.

What's going on with all these relatively new s2kiers feeling a superiority complex? The CRZ is a different type of car, and a brand new one at that. I wouldn't call it downgrading if you switched out certain dated plasticy panels or parts for newly styled and possibly better material parts from another car. For instance, I've always found our inside door handles and the door handle surround very cheap. If a Kia Rondo had better crafted handles and surround that fits our cars, I'd be at the Kia dealership first thing in the morning.

Honda Tuning had a very good piece about the Honda enthusiast's attitude towards new Honda products in their Sept. issue. In short, people who piss and moan about "crappy" honda cars are missing the point. Honda's bread and butter has always been economical, safe, and efficient vehicles. Everything else has simply been a bonus. So to expect otherwise is presumptuous to say the least. I've been guilty of this jaded perspective many times including towards the CR-Z. But if I look at the car for what it is, I can see the merits of the car's design. Hell, I'd rather drive a CR-Z than a damned Prius. But I digress...

I still like the CR-Z seats. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
