Why Do Dealerships Do This?

$34,000 for a used '05 with 4400 miles!
So it's got $450 worth of chrome wheels; ooooh.
You can probably walk into the same store and get an '07 for $29,000!

I was looking at civic Si s with my dad, they had a used one with 7k miles, it was more than new. The salesman said the cost of the honda certification often makes the cost unusually high on fairly new cars. The SI would have been only 500 less than new, new was a year newer too
If you're asking about the price, it is a common error most dealerships do. They trade/purchase a car and then mark it up $4,000 or more. They'll being the price down as the car ages, but they always try to go for a homerun deal right off the bat. Sometimes they get lucky.
