Thumbs up Why do my BRIDE's sit high?

I have 2 BRIDE Brix 2 with no name rails and no name brakets. I have been looking at other s2000 seat set ups and the top of there bride's is way lower than what mine are at now. I was wondering if i needed to buy new rails or brakets in order for my Bride's to sit lower? If you have an idea please let me know what company or website i can buy new brakets or rails at. Its funny too becasue it feels like im sitting higher than i should be. Thanks for your help, Alex

where does the top of your seats end up at? my brix line up evenly with the stock roll hoops...they really do sit high...the other brides you might have seen might of been the low max or the other bride seats.

here's my brixII with homemade brackets pretty much sitting on the floor

It's probably your rails and/or brackets. Get some lower mount seat brackets. Not sure which brands are the lowest, but I know there are a few that are pretty much on the floorboard.

If you want your seating position to be lower, you are prob. going to need different seats. The Bride Brix seats are bottom mount. If you want a lower seating position, you want a seat that is side mount. A new bracket could help some but those seats do sit higher than stock either way.

If you want to sit lower, you're going to need side-mount seats. Bride makes a few "low-max" seats. Those seats are designed for their "low-max" rails and brackets. I have that setup in my car, and I sit at least 2 inches lower than stock... maybe more.
