If you owned a mustang GT with a big v8 with all that power and you see a youtube video with a 4cylinder 240 hp engine 150tq beat a big america v8 wouldnt you hate aswell?

I was a typical domestic "hate ricer" groupie. Then i learned about driving in the sense of turning right and turning left. I was instantly bored with just plain ol' straight line acceleration. I slowly got into the imports, and then i test drove and S2K. Since that day, i've been dreaming of picking one up.

 

Why do people post so many "Why do people XXX?" posts here? Not everyone is the same so there's no single answer. People do things for any number of reasons. You'd have to ask a specific person if you really want to know his/her motivation(s).

Are you serious? Let's start off with this. Please explain why you like what you like and don't like what you don't like. We all have our preference for and against things. Have you not noticed this yet? It's why everyone doesn't own the same car, prefer the same colors, prefer the same foods, etc etc etc.

Why does it bother you that people don't like the S2000 and make fun of it? Can you not enjoy something without the approval of everyone else in the world?

 

Hey, I'm grateful that the S2000 ain't the best known and most popular car in the world. And the 10 year old design doesn't bother me either. I couldn't find anywhere near the fun from any other car anywhere near the price of an S2000. And, unlike the early buyers, I didn't pay list price + "market adjustment". I could care less what someone else thinks of the car, I love it.

What I laugh at is the numbnuts who line up to be the first kid on the block to own a Challenger, Camaro, fill in the blanks ________. These tards will pay a dealer markup fee for a high production volume car that will be sold in the tens of thousands per year. I guess they haven't heard of deepreecheeashun!

Where you hanging out? You've posted two "Why do people..." post with no examples showing the "people" doing what you say. I've looked at a lot of youtube videos (check link in my sig below) and haven't noticed anybody making fun of the s2000. Post some links.

People make fun of S2000s because they ****ing suck!

They should be making fun of Mustangs!!! It seems like every other person has one of those ugly things..
