Why isn't S2k front wheel drive
Did you have too much New Year's Eve cheer? The reason the S2000 isn't FWD is
THAT IT IS A *SPORTS CAR*! RWD allows for better chassis balance as well
as spreading the duties of the tires across all 4 tires. A FWD car requires the front
wheels to take up the duty of moving and turning; not good.
The biggest benefit of FWD is packaging. It puts the engine and transmission in
one place the rest of the car can be given over to passenger space.
