7,500 miles is for Ideal conditions and most areas and driving styles wouldn't qualify.

If you are going to run your S hard, change the oil every 3,000 miles. Very cheap insurance to prolong engine life for a Awesome 4 banger.

 

I guess I don't understand - someone is willing to and can spend $25k and more for a car but is too freakin' cheap to spend $24.95 for a one month CarFax unlimited account? Sounds you deserve to get ripped off for being so cheap

I just bought my certified used 2004 S2000 in Rio Yellow Pearl for $24,500. She has 7k miles on her. Granted I bough it in February with a foot and a half of snow on the ground.
