For the people researching the S2000 to see if they want to buy it or not. Hopefully this becomes a note:

Why shouldn't I buy a S2000?

 

You have one leg.

 

Ask yourself, "Am I getting this car mostly to look good?"
If you answer "yes," then there is a good chance you will not like the car. Get an SLK or something. If you do not want a raw sports car, this is not an easy car to live with. On the other hand, if you do want a raw sports car, every minute you spend in the s2k will be like the first. For what I wanted out of a car, it is 100% perfect- there is nothing I would change.

If you have to ask than it probably is NOT the car for you.

If you need to drive in the snow (it's your ONLY car) I'd look elsewhere.

If you are more concerned with beating Z28's at the red light's not for you.

If you think it's not that fun to rev the engine to 9000 rpm it's not for you.

If you are XXL shirt size it's not for you.

If you need trunk room in your car it's not for you.

If you like comfort more than sport it's not for you.

If you plan to paint it pink.

If you hate Hondas.
If you suck.
If you pee yourself at VTEC. ( I guess you could wear depends so scratch that one.)

 

If you want a quiet, smooth riding convertible
If you want to get a great dealer experience like lexus
If you want something with as many buttons as horsepower
If you want a car that most people know what it is
If you don't want to have to change tires like oil
If you want a car with easy modding potential for much more power
If you hate getting flashed with high beams
