i got really lucky finding mine and didnt even know that gpw was rare. i just started looking online and saw a few white ones and thought it looked nice. saw the red/black interior and i had to have it. ive never owned a white car before but now i really like it.

i found it on autotrader and it was 1,400 miles away. i decided to call the dealer anyway because i really liked the car. to my surprise the sales guy was from my area. he drove it to me for no charge and stayed with his family and flew back. i really got lucky but i was prepared to drive if i needed too.

now about 6 months later, i could not be happier. theres something about the way the S looks in white. almost makes it another car. ive heard porshe and bmw lol.

 

I'm thinking of selling mine, I was going to wait until spring and ask top dollar. It is an 07 with the red and black interior with less then 3400 miles on it. Perfect condition, not even a stone chip! Regardless if i sell it now or next spring, I'll keep it if I can't get 27.5K for it. Some of you are saying, "thats to high, the car is not worth it" I say to you, then don't buy it, but it would take that much for me to give the car up!

 

i have the same color combo lol. i started my search for a gpw ap1 last november.

i loved the black/red interior on 00-01 models but no glass top killed it for me. and i love all the small features (tweeters, upgraded radio) added on the 02+ models. i loved gpw 02's with all red interior and i didn't like 03's that came with black/tan.

i was doing nationwide searches for ap1. i really wanted an 02 gpw ap1 but i was willing to settle for 00-01. i was searching and searching.

january rolled around and i was in the process of negotiating for one in detroit. 02 gpw ap1 with 46k miles iirc.

the next day i do another nationwide autotrader search and i see one pop up in daytona beach. roughly 4 hours north of where i stay. i called immediately and someone had already put a deposit on it. some guy in pensacola. i urged them to call me back if the sale fell through.

meanwhile i was still in talks with the dealer up in detroit. about an hour later i get a call back from the dealer in daytona beach. i look over the carfax, got cleared for the loan, put down the deposit and i was on my way to daytona beach the following morning.

after 3 months my search ended and i couldn't be happier. picked it up with 45k miles.

 

Took me a while to find my LBP, but it was well worth the wait.

 

anybody wants a 2006 with only 7300 miles????just dont wanna start a for sale tread yet...let me know.i want 25k for it but will accept best offer.Jeff

 

yeah...that's out of my range. I just bought the BB about three months ago

 

took me 7 monthes to find mine which has less than 5k miles. i remember i test drove like 3 gpw but all sold before i made up my mind.

Wow... why did Honda make SO many silver ones and so few white ones? I guess you just gotta hold out or buy a silver one and paint it.

 

Honda doesn't have the dealers order white as much as other carmakers, for whatever reason...I remembered I was looking for a white 2001-03 Civic Ex coupe and they are rare..They should have made a white Em1 also.
