Default Wierd Q: Do motorcycle wheels fit in an S2k?

Don't ask why but I need to pick up and transport some MotoX rims (with tyres) on. I've just bought the car and I'm not sure they will fit. I was thinking of putting a sheet down for protection, hood down and putting them in the passenger seat.

Anyone who's got a dirtbike might have an idea if this would work.

Many thanks!

I "think" I could fit the back tire in the trunk, but not the front tire. My 125 has maybe a 22" front tire. I'd just measure your tires, and take a tape measure and see if it will go

A motorcycle wheel with tire won't be much bigger in diameter than the S2000 wheels and tires. If you take out the tool tray and leave the flat cover at home, you will most likely be able to put 2 maybe even 3 bike tires in the trunk (boot to you). And of course, they'll fit in the passenger seat, even with the top (hood to you) up. I've carried one S2000 wheel with tire in the trunk and 3 of them in the passenger seat. A motorcycle tire would be child's play be comparison.

ps. The overall diameter of one of our OEM tires is about 25".

Thanks guys. I think I'll give it a go. The rims are pretty big though. This is the bike in question

I don't think I'd get a rear in the boot.

It lists the front tire as being: 80/100-21
What would the diameter of that size be? Just "guesstimating" the diameter of the tire beyond the 21" rim, it could be about 26". If so, that's only 1" more than our S2000 tire. Try it on a slant in the boot and tells us how it fits. (Tool tray out, tire straight down into the hollow and rotated slightly.)

Found it. It's 27.8" in diameter. Probably won't fit in the trunk. Mostly like fit in passenger seat.

Let the air out if it will help them fit in the trunk.

(I thought he wanted to mount them on the car as well - yikes!!!!)
