Default Will 01 parts fit on 04+

So here's my delimma... i have a 01 and is planning on trading in for a 04/05. currently i have the kg/mm race springs on the car, and i have a toda header and fujitsubo exhaust ordered.

will the header and exhaust fit on the 04/05 cars? if i take out the kg/mm springs, will they work on the 04/05's?

Springs - Yes
Header - Yes
Exhaust - Probably (the hangers will need to be modified or replaced).

I have a '00-03 Supersprint exhaust on a '04 S2000 and all I needed to do was use two of the three holes in the rubber mounts above the mufflers so the exhaust hung a little bit lower and it sits perfectly. It will be different for each exhaust though.

I know there are some people who have the Fujitsubo exhaust on their '04s and they managed to get it to fit ... Dunno if it was through buying new hangers or doing something similar to what I did.

I had to buy some new rear mounts for my car from the auto parts store to make my fuji fit... be warned it doesn't fill up the rear valence real well.
