Yes fits 100% I did it to mine straight swap except for having to shave both sides of the front slam panel, never bothered with the 04 arch liners every body said I didn't need them and i Didnt! Just made new holes for screws to mount the front of the existing splash guard to the bumper, only took 15 minutes
