Default will a 350 v8 fit in an s2000?

well yeah a friend of mine was wondering if he could drop in a 350 v8 into an s. i know it wont be anywhere close to a direct drop in cuz we would be fabbing out the parts needed we just need to know if it would fit. so if anyone has any idea let me know thanx.

I'm trying to figure out how to put the LS1 motor in the S but i'm sure it will fit.

anything can be done with enough money. the only problem I forsee would be ground clearance. a dry sump system might help in this department.

awesome thanx guys. yeah we're thinking about a turbo 350 and just making it a full on track car...i know it was meant to go fast around corners too but i think this would be badass...plus this also just a possibility not a for sure thing yet.
