i am kind of surprised that i havent seen many or any v8, v6 swaps in the s2k yet. i never want it to happen to my car though but its just kind of weird that it hasnt happened yet, seeing how the engine bay of the s2k is so huge and has limitedless possibilites for an engine swap.

unless i dont know anything about one thats been made so far. anyone ever do a swap other than f22 or f20?
where do u find room in the s2k engine bay?

A local turboshop called 'innovative turbo' (ya heard?), has a yellow s2k with 96 supra motor in it. Its still in the works, but has a huge ass turbo setup. They HAD to cut a hole in the firewall to fit the engine in. I can imagine trying to squeeze a V8 in there...

I have a saws-all and a sledge. We can make it fit.

An inline 6 would be longer than a V8. So to fit in an inline 6, it makes sense that they had to cut into the firewall. The V8 might not have a length issue, but may have its own width issue being much wider than an inline engine. I'm also surprised we haven't seen many swaps yet.
