Default Will Hardtop Kit-C work for MY01?

Did a search already and called my local Honda dealer. Did not seem to get a clear answer for this. I have an 01 and just recently purchased a HT without any mounting hardware. My Honda dealer has a Kit-C in stock, and they said that the only difference is the defrost functionality. As far as I can understant Kit-A which is more expensive comes with the hardware to get the rear defrost to work.

If I do not really care about the rear defrost and just want to get the hardtop installed, will Kit-C work for me?

Sorry, forgot to mention that I got this hardtop used. Yes I did PM the hardtop guru's and waiting for a response. Just hoping that someone could give me an answer sooner so that I can put a hold on the kit from the dealer.

It does need mounting hardware. It needs the left and right side catchers and front strikers at least. But what I want to find out is, if these are included on Kit-C.
