Default will new hardtops fit '00?

Hey guys...just wondering, if I was to buy a new hardtop now, will it fit the '00 models? Have there been any changes? What about the defogger? Thanks.

Yes, but you have to get a retrofit kit, I believe it's available from the dealer.

Do you know how much this retrofit kit costs? What's included in the retro fit? I'm guessing a new dash for the defog switch...

If you buy one on the basis of your VIN, they will sell you the correct kit too. It will include the harnesses and stuff for the defroster, two new windshield latches, two rear latch assemblies and all the interior trim panels.
The defroster switch on an "00 goes in the coin holder behind the cup holder.
Go to the sponsor list at the bottom of this page and look up "HandA" and they will have a complete listing of prices, etc, including the installation instructions.
Never mind, here:

To compare prices, get in touch with "Hardtopguy". He's a board member who deals in hardtops, too.
