Default Will Prelude rims fit on an s2000?

I had a set of snow tires on steel rims from my old 98 Prelude...

114 x 5 bolt pattern
6.5 x 16"
50-55 mm offset...
with 205/50/16 tires

will they fit my new S?

Yes all Honda 5 lug patters are the same. I put TL rims on my old lude and then put the same TL rims on my S after I sold the lude. I can even put CRV rims on my S if I smoke enough crack.

its not the bolt pattern i'm worried about, its the offset in the rear...and brake clearance

I've been fine with the TL rims on the lude ro 4k miles and on the S for over 2k. You'll be fine. No clearance problems ever. I'm quite sure honda has a standard 5 bolt rotor and brake setup that is used on the cars, and the rims are all 16" that fit the lude/tl/s2k so the interior size in consistant as well. Just the s2k's rear rims are thicker stock while the other two models have the same width in the front and back.

I got 7 split-spoke TL 6.5x16 rims with 55mm offset for winter use on my S.
Lug pattern and fit over stock brake calipers is perfect, but!
Front wheels had to be bored out to increase centerbore from
64mm to 70.1mm, which was $120 job at machine shop.

yeah they'll fit but you need staggered wheels or your handling will go to sh*t. staggered means the wheels in the rear are a different size, usaully wider with different offset. ehh somethign like that.

Still doesn't hurt to stagger them. My winter tires are 205/55/16 and 225/50/16 (narrower than the stock tires in the rear, but thats not a bad thing in winter).

I have S2000 rear wheels on the front and back(I had the inside of all 4 wheels machined out) and it has improved my handling! I can go through corners faster and my rear end doesn't break loose like it used to. The only downside is a slight oversteer on unevenly surfaced roads. I can live with that! And as a bonus I can rotate my tires front to back!
