Default Will a single stock RE050 fit in the trunk?

I want to get my rear tires swapped tomorrow and I'm sure I can fit one in the passenger seat but can I get the other in the trunk? I guess I can take one downstairs and try but figured I'd ask before lugging it down to the car for no reason.

Thanks

Highly doubtful. (unless you take every panels and spare out?)

You can try to fit two in the pass. seat.. it may wear on your seat bolster, however.
or try fitting em parallel to the steering wheel.. like "-----" to the wheel rather than " l " to the steering wheel.

If you pull out the spare tire cover and the spare itself, it should work.

Guess I'll give it a whirl tomorrow and see how it goes, my luck I'll get a flat in the 5 miles to the tire shop.

OFCOURSE you can. how could somebody in engineering make a big oversight just as this? if you can carry a spare you should be able to accomodate the tire the spare is replacing.

notice how in the trunk there is a depression for the tool wedge? remove the tool wedge, and stand the tire vertically on it. when deinflated, the tire should fit

I fail to understand that. A full size wheel and tire fits fine in the trunk....as long as you remove the tool tray and don't have a subwoofer there.
