Default Wind Shield Frame

Hey guys, Long story short I had an accident on Thanksgiving and the car rolled on its side and bent the wind shield frame and broke my wind shield. Of course there is other damage but here is my question. I was wondering if anyone knew how or if this frame can be replaced. It looks to be welded in place. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would be very careful about this. It's your primary rollover protection.

Lol I have already rolled over on it. The bend is about half way up the side of the frame. Its not bad at all but it needs to be replaced. Just wanting to know if there is a way to swap frames. Im pretty sure it can be done but hopefully someone on here has done it or seen something I havent. Thanks.

Pretty sure # 5 is what I need.

The frame is a structural roll bar that runs from the bottom of one side of the car all the way up, across, and down to tie into the bottom of the other side. I have never heard of this being replaced. All cases of this I have seen where the A pillar was bent totalled the car.

Yup - that diagram is for trim - if you bend the frame of the windshield, the whole car's structure is compromised afaik.

Keep in mind that anything can be fixed/replaced. But it's not necessarily worth doing from an economics standpoint.

Part out is not out of the question. I just want to cover all ends before I do. Gotta get the car on the frame machine and see how bad it actually is. But just from looking at it it does not look too bad. More cosmetic damage than anything. Just the windshield frame is all that worries me.

Here is the parts you are looking for. 2, 4 and 5. They would cost about 1K + removal/installation
