Default Wind splitter

Ok I've been looking around for a wind splitter b/c I really like the look of the APR wind splitter with the support rods. Only problem is........poor college students like me are not willing to pay 300+ for a wind splitter.

So my question is.......What do you guys think of this.

Coastal Metals Wind Splitter $115.75 shipped through usps priority mail 2-3 days

+
APR Wind Splitter 8mm support rods. Length 5.5" to 8". $66 shipped through usps.
http://grill-accessories.com/hondas2...psplitter.aspx

Makes it a grand total of 181.75. Pretty much half of what it would cost to buy the APR wind splitter.

Put them together and you'll get about the same style. except the carbon fiber

What do you guys think? I wouldn't see why it wouldn't work .

Just an idea.

I have the ap2 spoiler protector and I like it. the support rods aren't needed since it bolts to oem bumper.
