Windshield washer clogged!
The driver's side has the longer run from the pump, thus, a little less pressure. Everytime you don't use the washer, the fluid retreats a little bit and what's left around the nozzle dries with a bit of residue (there's a bit of detergent in washer fluid). The longer the interval between use, the more the residue. Since the passenger side is closest to the pump, it gets just a little more pressure to blow past the residue and re-dissolve it. To get a clean start, remove the hose from the underside of the nozzle and reverse flush the nozzle from the outside with a garden hose or squirt bottle filled with clean water. While the hoses are off, momentarily run the washer to blow out any crap in the lines.
In future, as a routine "maintenance", squirt the washer for a couple seconds or till it runs well just before each car wash. This will keep the residue formation to a minimum.
