Default Windshield Wiper Problem

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem. I'm not really sure when this happened. But my windshied wiper is malfunctioning.

1. The intermittent setting does not work at all. There is no movement in the wipers at all.
2. When i move it to the next setting down.. the wipers work fine. BUT when I go to turn it off, the wipers just stop at the position they are in when i moved the handle up. So in other words i have to time it so i move the handle bar up right before the blade goes to the bottom... in order to get it to stop without obstructing my vision.

Is this something that I need to take back to honda?

it didn't bother me so much during the summer time... but now that its drizzling / raining... its a lil frustrating

I'd use that scanned page, but then, my warranty is gone. I'm not so sure Jimbo's is. If it's under warranty, I'd think twice before tearing into the dash like that.

Ahhh, live a little.

I don't think there's much of my warranty left after everything I've done.

Well I think it is obvious, one of you two had better get down to California and fix this...
