Default Windshild Wiper Blades

Ok so I go to get a new set of blade inserts for my '00 S2000. The driver side blade fits perfect. The passenger side blade is about an inch longer than the new one Honda gave me.

I go to take the blade back and the parts guy tells me it's the right part. Even so, he exchanges it out and give me another, incase it was packaged wrong. And again, the new blade is about an inch short. What's more is the metal insert rods are about a 1/2 in too long for this new blade.

The part number he gave me is 76622-S30-G01.

I've replaced the blades several times on my car and never had this problem. I just want to know if there's been a p/n number change, and if I need to get new (shorter) metal insert rods or a new wiper?

Thanks,
-Chris

Use Rain-X,or Rain Away;you won't need wipers any more.

I have a pair sitting right here. 76622-S30-G01 is much longer than it's counterpart, 76622-S2A-003. Sounds like you got 2 driver's side blades.

I agree with aronparsons. I have an 03 as well. (think it's the same for 00) Long wiper insert = 76622-S30-G01 and short wiper insert = 76622-S2A-003.
