Wipers
A tape measure is a very handy item. Everyone, car owners included, should have one.
There's also the manual.
What's more important is the width of the back of the blade, if you're just getting inserts. Take one into the store to make sure you get a match the first time, and make a note of what size is needed. (The terminology is obscure.)
And you can go expensive or cheap. If you live somewhere that eats wiper blades (sunny, dry, for example), consider frequent replacements of cheap ones -- the expensive ones will wear out just as fast.

I've always wanted to give these color ones a try, but a really thinking about putting white blades on white might look really weird. Wiper blades are black to be discrete. I don't know how well their white matches with the GPW. Say I had the wiper painted over with GPW paint. I'm still leaning towards no, but what do you guys think?

The driver side is 20" and the passenger 16". You might like the PIAA Supersilicone model. They're supposed to maintain a silicone layer on your windshield for a year, then you replace them. I put the graphite ones with a spoiler on my truck a month ago and I like them. No more chatter and rain rolls right off. Just bought some for my S2000 but not mounted yet.
