Had another S2000 pull up next to me tonight and we had a brief discussion at the light. He had a silver/red (nice car) and suggested I get the rear spoiler? I am not sold on it yet. What do you all think?

 

I don't like the spoiler from Honda.. I like the clean look the car has now. The brake light lip gives enough curve in the back

 

I like the OEM spoiler, it is just right. Without spoiler rear brake light sticks up like a blister on the trunk and spoiler covers this. It is not overly aggressive like a wing.

 

Is it functional......No.

Do you need it.....No.

 

well, I like the feel's spoiler....
and I always think, sport car without a wing..
you can never fly to the sky

 

IMHO I think it looks naked without the spoiler and kinda funny. I had my OEM spoiler removed to install the GT Wing. In that brief moment with neither it looked real funny to me.

Just my opinion.

In my honest opinion (IMHO)

 

Well I guess it's just personal preference with no real aerodynamic benefit. I'd like to see a black with the spoiler before I buy it. Thanks to all!!

A lot of the stuff we surround ourselves with are NOT functional and are NOT needed. It's personal taste. It's what makes us unique. Otherwise, we may as well all have gone to boys and girls schools and wore uniforms; then grow up to join the military or the penguin parade downtown.
