at our 5/19 meet we charged an "entry fee" of $5 to use to cover expenses and to assist c3 with this site. most of the attendees contributed to this, with a couple of folks giving a little extra. further, clive donated the name badges.
it now appears that the meet will have an excess of receipts over costs and will be making a small contribution as a token of our appreciation to c3 for providing this site to us.
we encourage other groups to consider doing this too...
