would drifting ocasionally be okay for the car??

like AE86's, can s2k's do it just fine?? would it be really hard to drift like mr2's?

I drift all the time and i find the S2k to be a great car for it. Juat be on your toes as things happen very quickly in this car

Drifting is fun, I do it all the time at the autoX although it hurts my times..

Power sliding and drifting are not the same, although many people (even myself) use "drifting" to describe power sliding. Would be good to know if we're really talking about drifting, or just power sliding.

Wouldn't hurt the car in anyway ... It's designed to that, hah! Well, the S-02 tyres though are the thing that holds me back.

Counter steering in a power oversteer situation is one thing - quite easy to do on demand in an S2000 - esp at lower speeds...

Drifting in 4 wheel drift mode is a bit harder as this requires a larger radius turn and good balance... and driver control at the limit...

That's key - I'll assume that in asking the question that you are well skilled with quick responding cars - the S2000 can bite you under certain conditions - it's polar moment of inertia is quite low - making it more likely to spin than other RWD cars...
