I think 1.5 inches is the perfect drop, I had KG/MM race springs.

Have in mind that when the top of the tire is under the fender is a 2" plus drop and you will be scraping the front end and the exhaust tips on a daily basis. been there, done that.

my first car (civic) was 2.5" off the ground in the front and sides believe me its fun to drive until you have to go anywhere except the highway then its just a pain in the ass

The only trouble I ever have is speed bumps. Everything else is fine.

Im waiting till I can get the $$$ to do it right with a full coilover system. I have tried the spring and other methods and only ended paying for it in the end, with a new stock suspension
