04 FTW!

 

I'd pick the MY04. I'm guessing that there isn't a whole lot of warranty left on the MY05, and the MY04 has fewer miles.

 

 

I'de take the 04'.

1) low miles
2) not too many GPW's around (at least in the NE)
3) the other warranty will be out before you know it

I am sure you can haggle and get the GPW for the same price as the 05'
