wow a super cheap cf hardtop?

while googling today i stumbled onto this:

a $700 cf hardtop? too good to be true right? anyone know whats up with this? if anyone owns it, how is the fitment?

Doesnt come with window glass or hardware. Youre looking at ~1500.00 all said and done.

From a quick search, it looks like the Seibon CF tops are about $3k+, closer to $4k. If that is the case, this is much cheaper still for $1500 with all the hardware and window.
