do you mean loop it around the harness itself?
yeah you can, just adjust the over all length of the harness.
make sure(triple sure) the anchor point wouldn't move, it would kill/hurt you if the anchor point shifted if you have an accident. make sure the back anchor point is as high as your neck.(insert harness without rollbar snapping neck story here)

for my sparco 4pt, they have heavy steel mounting bracket with oe sized holes and everything.
