That MR2 Vs S2K picture thing just says it all.. the S is a gorgeous shape!

 

Looks great with the windshield raked back like that. Our 90 degree windshields ftl. Lol.

 

What rain gutters? What are you talking about? How can you see that in that low-res pic?

I still say it's an MR-2. It's all there. All the details match. The curves on all the windows. The orientation of the windshield corners with the side window corners, the side vents (ignore the yellow mesh), the door "air channels" (THAT one would be very hard to reproduce). Also, the rear spoiler looks like an MR-2 wings and not like anything that would fit on a Civic/Integra rear. Sunroof IS the right size too.

And it's not even close to a Del Sol!!!!!!!!

 

Maybe it's just a black mark. I dunno. I am curious to see more pix of it though.

 

I agree that the rear window line looks very Civic-ish, but if you look closely the little 'air vent' from the MR2 is present. Here's a better picture:
