Well, I would like to apologize first if i came out too strong or offensive in regards to Rick's business. My sole purpose of this post was to get some response back or find out what is up with the site at this moment.

My Girlfriend has ordered me a birthday present and a Christmas gift from Rick's in the past year. Both times she tells me Rick went out of his way to make sure both orders arrived on time in perfect condition
with amazing directions. She was able to contact Rick and he returned all of her emails.
