I picked up a used Neuspeed in the for sale forum about a year ago, and love it. I already had the Neuspeed STB (which yielded only minimal gains beyond looks). I believe they are best used together. Other members have said as much.

The Neuspeeds aren't too expensive (even new $199) compared to the other names.

Oil changing is not a problem either.

Go to Neuspeed.com if you can't find a used one.

Luder 94 is right, It is a shame you can't really see it.
