Default X-Brace / STB question

Do these help body roll any? Sometimes when I take a turn hard I get tire rub, and was wondering if these would help? THey really only come into play when turning the car right? I can't see how they would effect the ride when just going straight.

Thanks!

no what you need is a sway bar or raise your supension up a tad if you have coilovers.

The X brace will help keep the cars footing on bumpy roads and the strut bar is more or less for show.
