It also helps to deal with people who are well known and experienced. It just took so long, not that I was waiting, but to drag pierceman along is awful. When spending money on your car, go with the best, the respected, the established. I hope you decide to continue FI and good luck in the future. -Anthony

It is thurs 3-27-03 and nothing has been refunded, I have taken action, however being that he claimed BK in january who know what the F is going on, I want to know with all his companies going BK how the 
does he keep buying new cars with our money? I talked to the guy from San Diego that got screwed after he took Eyal to Court and the judge stated that Eyal was obviously a poor business person but with a BK he does not have to pay, he must have good Lawers to teach him how to screw people and not have to pay.

His BK isn't fullproof. If its personal, then its more difficult, but you should still be able to get your money back or at least some portion of it (especially if he has money to buy himself cars). But if its corporate, your only recourse is to try "piercing" the corporation and going after Eyal himself. If you can prove he has been monkeying around, you can reach his personal assets. You'll need a lawyer, so maybe hook up with other "screwed" people and file against him. Good luck.

he claimed personal, I have all the info from that, XERD has not BK'ed yet.... I have serious leagal representation for our company, and other measures have been taken.
