I feel funny posting this, it has turned into such a joke. But anyway, he claimed a refund would be done this week and um.......Nothing yet. Surprise surprise surprise....Eyal, feel free to handle it today.

Did you claim with your CC company yet?

Matt,

Make no qualms about it...apply for your refund with the CC company NOW, regardless of what Eyal promises. You can always straighten things out with the CC company and have them drop a problem file if he pays, but if you wait too long you'll be working against the CC company as well.

Yup CC company will mostly likely give you your money immediately. Leave it to the bank and Eyal to work it all out.

Depending on the CC you will still have to pay the bill, in the event they decide in favor of the vendor. It could get interesting in this case if he tries to claim restocking or anything for the work done. I have seen, but not experienced, vendors charging 30%+ restocking fees.

Good luck.

I kind of wish all of this had stayed in one up to date thread instead of being spread across 6 or 7 different ones.

Eyal is the owner of XERD, yet another company to come along and make grand claims about how they're the next great thing since sliced bread when it comes to turbo design for the S2000. Months later, no turbo kit exists, people on numerous boards are out a lot of money, and this guy Eyal continues to sell pipe dreams everywhere.
