Question if the xga the car the car that is suppose to replace the s2000 is going to use the same platform could we not get that powerplant and install those bad boys in are cars
If it is estimated and at 300 to 320 that is not a bad change not to mentions the torque would be better as well.

enrique, we're just messing with ya. There's so much speculation about the demise of the S2000 and silly talk about engine swaps, it gets a little frustrating to those of us who bought the car for what it is. A high revving, good handling, lightweight sports car. Most on this board won't care if the S is discontinued and most don't want any engine other than the one they already have!

Want more power? There are proven ways to get it. Want light weight? There are proven ways to get it. Enjoy the car for what it is and understand that there are a lot of people looking at your S from inside there humongous land barge and wishing they had the sun in their face and wind in their hair.
