Xviper has left the building
i don't think anyone blames DB8 for xviper leaving....you'd have to really be an idiot to blame DB8. I don't know why xviper blames all the bickering for leaving when he contributes and often initiates the bickering ..... see the OP's linked threads for an ex of xviper instigating the bickering...i for one enjoy seeing people bicker on online forums and am continuing to follow this thread as it's pretty decent entertainment.
Hey xviper, if you read this, cool off for a couple of weeks/months? and this will all blow over.
It's been nice talking with you on the boards and it was nice meeting you in Half Moon Bay. You have made a lot of friends on this site
Come back and post sometime bro

Xviper,
Unfortunatly in a public forum you are going to come across people like this.
99.9% of people on this site really appreciate the time you spend educating us with your knowledge!
It would be too bad if you were gone for good as you have been the member who contributed most to the S2000 online community.
If you leave you will definatly be missed.

Arguing on the internet is like the competing in the Special Oympics...ah, you guys already know how that phrase ends.
XViper, I know you've been an asset to this community but I'm not going to beg for you to come back. If you're not mature enough to let these trivial squabbles go every once in a while, then maybe this forum is better without you.
I can't even begin to imagine what you go through whenever you have an argument with your friend, family member, or gf.
And if you must know, although I understand both your and DB8's points, I have to say I agree with DB8. There's a reason he numbers his s2k images, and it only takes one person to fućk up the uniqueness of these signatures. Sure, anyone can copy/save these images as their own, but DB8 was willing to make an individual image for each individual request.
Loosen up a little man, it's just the internet. It's not like you're having an argument with a coworker during a staff meeting or anything.

If Honda lawers really were bothered hey could sue the shirt of everyone's back for selling an S2000 image without prior written approval.
Some "respect" (allthough I really do not like the word) when it comes to art work could have been suggested otherwise IMO.
I had to look-up what "clamoring" means, it has a negative ring to it.
Anyway...
The Bye Bye icon xviper posted looks down at the end.. as if it really doesn't want to go.
I hope that represents how xviper feels.
It was kinda strange to read this post.
Lots of things happend overnight (yes this is an international forum)
Personally I hope here is a way out of this for xviper and DB8 so both can post on this forum again and feel good about it.
I'm looking forward seeing others answering the same old newby questions over and over again, without loosing patience (ok, maybe just every now and then when it was really "silly").
Only a few things in life are final.
Everything else is open for evaluation.
Minds may be changed.
Most likely xviper is not reading this... so we are all just talking to ourselfs.
It's not to difficult to see where a unproductive, hostile thread is going. It happens on ocassion and should be nipped in the bud before it gets out of hand. That's when a forum moderator should have stepped in and closed these threads of questionable value. Hurting people's feelings or challenging their manhood is a good clue that the thread is going in the wrong direction. Hopefully, the moderators will step in before we lose anymore valuable members like Xviper.
